Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 102(L&C) "An Act relating                         
to the Alaska Labor Relations Agency; and providing for an effective           
date" which had been held to the May 9 calendar (page 2213) be                 
taken up at this time.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                  
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 102(L&C) was read                          
the third time.                                                                
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                         
BILL NO. 102(L&C) "An Act relating to the Alaska Labor Relations               
Agency; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The
